Registered Nurse: ED Case Manager

Location: Pasadena, California Contract: 8 weeks Shift: Night, 3x12-hour shifts (19:00 to 07:30), 12 hours per day, 36 hours per week Backfill: Covering for an existing team member

Role Overview

Care coordinator position in an inpatient setting
Requires conducting InterQuals reviews and screening transfers for clinical appropriateness

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in California
Case management experience of at least 1 year, with case management experience within the last year
1 year or more of total travel experience
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) / Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Acute care setting experience
Valid driver's license
Discharge planning experience
Utilization review (UR) experience with InterQual
Epic experience
