Assignment Overview

• Travel/contract assignment in Akron, Ohio
• 13-week contract
• Night shift: 4x10 hours, 20:30 to 7:00
• Alternating weekly schedule: Monday–Thursday, then Tuesday–Friday
• 40 hours per week

Required Qualifications

• Valid Radiology Technologist license in Ohio
• Radiology Technologist (1.5 years of experience)
• Radiology Technologist experience within the last year
• Government-issued photo ID; must be carried while on assignment
• Background check required prior to start, including FCRA-compliant 7-year search
• Monthly EPLS/GSA/SAM check
• Monthly HHS/OIG check
• BCI and FBI fingerprinting required within 12 months of start and updated annually
• Education verification required
• BLS - Basic Life Support: AHA only (Instructor or Provider); RQI acceptable
• Orientation Safety Manual acknowledgement required annually
• State license verification required within 30 days of start for new and extension contracts
• Unit-specific competency exam required within 12 months of start and updated annually
• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• Fit mask required within 12 months of start and updated annually
• Negative TB test or chest x-ray required within 6 months of start
• TB questionnaire required if there is a history of past positive TB
• Rubeola, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, and Hepatitis B documentation required
• 10-panel drug screen required and updated annually
• Flu vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption required during flu season
• 2 references within 1 year of start
• Application must include 3 years prior work history, including at least 2 years of clinical practice in an acute care setting and in a similar area to the assignment
