Overview

Travel/Contract role in Portland, Oregon
Skilled Home Health setting
Day shifts, 8 hours per day, 5x8 schedule
Start date: November 9 or November 16
13-week contract
Patient ratio: 1:1
Productivity: approximately 30 points per week; up to 6 patients per day
First-time travelers accepted
Weekend support may be required
No call requirement
Local clinicians accepted within a 50–75 mile radius at the same rate

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Oregon
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Home Health (1 year of experience)
Home Health experience within the last year
One completed travel assignment
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Driver's License
Experience with Homecare Homebase
Experience with OASIS

Additional Details

Up to 3 days of RTO may be automatically approved
Blackout periods include Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s weeks
Service area may extend up to approximately 60 miles, or 60–90 minutes of driving per day
Mileage is reimbursed at the current IRS standard rate

Business casual attire; no jeans
Scrubs are permitted but not required, and no specific scrub color is required
