Overview

• Travel/Contract assignment in Seymour, Indiana
• 13-week contract
• Night shift: 3x12 hours, 18:00–6:00
• Work Labor Day and weekend rotation
• Locals accepted within an 80-mile radius at local rate
• Will float within scope to meet facility needs
• First-timers accepted depending on experience
• Pending state license not accepted
• RTO restriction: call out if more than a week
• Driver’s license must be included with submission

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Indiana
• CCU - Coronary Care (2 years of experience)
• CCU - Coronary Care experience within the last year
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• NIHSS
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Driver's License

Preferred Qualifications

• CCRN
• CMSRN
• RN-BC

Additional Requirements

• Meditech Expanse familiarity
• Background check within 1 year of start, covering all locations lived/worked/in school, with annual update
• EPLS/GSA/SAM required
• HHS/OIG required
• Education verification required
• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• Tdap
• Negative TB or chest X-ray within 1 year prior to start
• Rubeola, mumps, and rubella immunity or vaccination
• Hepatitis B immunity, vaccination series with positive titer, or facility-specific declination
• Varicella immunity or vaccination
• 9-panel drug screen within 1 year prior to start
• Current seasonal flu vaccine or religious/medical exemption
• 2 professional references from within the past 3 years
• Skills checklist required annually
