Overview

• Travel/Contract role in Prestonsburg, Kentucky.
• Based in Radiology / Cardiology.
• 13-week assignment.
• Day shift: 4x10 hours, 7:00–17:30.
• 40 hours per week.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Cath Lab Technologist license in Kentucky.
• Cath Lab Technologist (2 years of experience).
• Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year.
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association.
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association.
• ARRT.
• Driver's License.

Preferred

• Willing to consider candidates who are willing to apply for Kentucky licensure once offered.
• Tech Cert - National (Copy), if available.
• State License - Copy of Professional License, if available.

Assignment Details

• 2 Cath Labs with rotation in EP Lab.
• 8–10 procedures per day.
• 6–8 STEMI cases per month.
• Call requirement: 8–15 days per month and 1 weekend every 3 weeks.
• Call team includes 2 RNs and 1 Rad Tech.
• Scrubs and lead apron provided.
• Cross-trained in EP for ablations; training available.
• Uses radial and groin access.
• Ratios may vary based on staffing and census.
• Orientation is held bi-weekly.
