Role Overview

• Per diem ICU RN at a hospital in Los Angeles, California.
• Night shift: 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
• 12-hour shifts, 1 shift per week.

Required Qualifications

• California RN license.
• Minimum 1 year of ICU unit experience.
• EPIC experience.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS.
• CPI, MAB, or SAAM.
• Must be willing to float.
• Within 50 miles / 1 hour commute max.
• Returning clinicians who previously worked at PIH must have a supervisor reference from prior work there, and facility approval to return.
• Two direct supervisor references from ICU work within the last 2 years; one reference must be included at submission.
• 1 year separation period for PIH staff employees.

Schedule / Assignment Details

• Shifts may release same day or just in time, up to 6 hours before start.
• Candidates must be comfortable with just-in-time needs.

Facility Notes

• Basic unit orientation is provided, but clinicians are expected to work independently on their first shift.
• Allscripts EMD charting is used through 02/01/2027.
• Per diem clinicians must complete Allscripts computer-based training before start on their own time.
• Royal blue scrubs.
• Covid vaccine declinations are accepted.
• Parking is $15.
