Location: Rancho Cordova, California
Setting: Home Health (Greater Sacramento County area)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Days
Hours: 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week
Typical Patient Load: 5-6 patients per day
Job Description
- Provide physical therapy services in a home health setting.
- Treat a variety of diagnoses including cardiovascular, pulmonary, orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric conditions.
- Productivity goal: 5-6 patients per day.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in California.
- BLS issued by American Heart Association.
- Driver's License.
- Physical Therapy Assistant experience.
Additional Information
- Work covers the greater Sacramento Home Health area.
- Guaranteed 40 hours per week with 8-hour day shifts.
