Location: Salinas, California
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Weekly Hours: 36 hours
Shift: Flexible schedule, either Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday
Job Description
- Provide occupational therapy evaluation and treatment for patients in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patient care.
- Complete documentation according to facility standards using Net Health software.
- May be required to float to a nearby sister facility within walking distance.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in California
- BLS
