Location: Evansville, Indiana Employment Type: Long-term assignment (LTA) Contract Length: 13 weeks Shift: 06:45 - 19:15
Overview
- Unit: Progressive cardiac care, 28 beds
- Patient population: Medical, cardiac, pre/post CV surgery, arrhythmia, heart failure, and stroke overflow
- Patient ratio: 1:4-5
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Indiana
- 2 years of PCU (Progressive Care Unit) experience
- PCU (Progressive Care Unit) experience within the last year
- BLS issued by the American Heart Association (AHA)
- ACLS issued by the American Heart Association (AHA)
- NIHSS certification
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) / Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Valid driver's license, with front and back shown
Optional Items
- Post-assignment exit survey and hiring manager evaluation
- Signed assignment agreement
- Legal name change document, if applicable
- Unit-specific checklist, which the unit leader must upload within one week
