Physical Therapist - OP

Location: Canon City, Colorado Contract Length: 26 weeks Schedule: Days, 8a-4:30p Monday-Friday (8 hours/day, 40 hours/week)

Required Qualifications

• BLS (AHA)
• Colorado PT License or Compact
• Well versed PT
• Driver's license (DL) must be submitted
• Must be in state for the week of orientation, even if first-day modules are remote

Role Details

• Setting: Outpatient PT department, mostly orthopedic patients with a wide variety of other conditions from a small community outpatient rehab
• Patient load: 45-minute 1:1 treatments, evaluations, and a recurring schedule of 9 patients per day; managing cancellations/no-shows is imperative
• Rehab aides: PTAs are used, for 1:1 treatments only
• Scheduling: Shifts, hours, and patients as agreed upon
• Weekends/Holidays: Not required
• Orientation: Department-specific orientation provided
• Dress code: Business casual
