Clinical Coordinator RT - Respiratory Therapy

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist license in Maine
Registered Respiratory Therapist (2 years of experience)
Registered Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
BLS
ACLS
NRP
Degree in Respiratory Therapy

Preferred Qualifications

2 to 3 years of leadership experience

Leadership and effective communication

Active listening and problem solving
Teamwork commitment
Basic and intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Role Overview

Provides ongoing supervision of the clinical department, including respiratory, sleep care, and pulmonary function services, along with safety and quality
Coordinates multiple functions, programs, or projects at various stages of completion
Serves as first-line support for staff, physicians, and other providers on service-specific clinical issues
Collaborates with the Director on clinical and non-clinical issues, such as employee relations, individual behaviors, and physician relationships
Acts as the support for the unit/department/service when the Director is unavailable
