Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical Oncology

Overview

Location: Escondido, California
Employment type: Travel/Contract
Contract length: 13 weeks
Shift: Nights, 3x12-hour shifts (19:00 to 07:30), 36 hours per week
Unit: Medical Surgical Oncology (MS/Tele), 24 beds, 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio
Float scope: Floats between two campuses within the system
Eligibility: No locals accepted

Required Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Valid California RN license
Med Surg / Telemetry experience (2 years), including experience within the last year
Oncology experience
1 year or more of total travel experience
Basic Life Support (BLS) issued by the American Heart Association (AHA)
Driver's license or state ID with address, front and back copies
Experience with Cerner
