• Setting: 50-bed ED with 5:1 ratios
• Shift: 11:00 - 23:30

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in New York
• ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience)
• ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
• CPI
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• PALS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Driver's License

Onboarding / Compliance

• Influenza vaccine or declination form; if declination is used, traveler must wear a mask at all times while on assignment
• MMR immunity by positive IgG titer or 2-dose vaccine series
• Varicella immunity by positive IgG titer or 2-dose vaccine series
• Hepatitis B immunity by positive antibody titer, 3-dose vaccine series, or declination form
• Tdap within the last 10 years, or declination form if no Tdap on file
• TB testing by 2 skin PPDs or 1 Quant/Spot within 12 months
• Fit test completed prior to start and within the last 12 months
• Physical/health statement within the past 12 months
• COVID-19 vaccine proof or declination is optional
• Driver’s license or state ID
• Agency background check
