Contract length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Ohio
Stepdown (1 year of experience)
Stepdown experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
NIHSS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Driver's License

Onboarding / Compliance Requirements

Nursys (RNs) and Primary Source Verification
MMR titers within the last 15 years; if low/not immune, booster series and repeat titer are required
Fit test completed within 1 year prior to start
Hepatitis B documentation: positive titers within 15 years, proof of full 3-dose series, or signed declination
Varicella titers within the last 15 years; if low/not immune, booster series and repeat titer are required
Tdap vaccination within the last 10 years
