Certified Surgical Technologist with 1 year of experience
Certified Surgical Technologist experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
Driver's License

Onboarding / Compliance

Ascension Core Competencies: HIPAA, Joint Commission, NPSG, OSHA topics; completed within a year of start and updated every 3 years
Surgical Technologist Contract Worker Onboarding Education Attestation, completed prior to clearance

Driver’s license or state ID, not expired, showing front and back
