Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Oklahoma
• Telemetry experience within the last year
• Telemetry (2 years of experience)
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start.
• License/Certificate Verification — current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start.

• Ascension 2 Professional References — at least two professional references completed prior to first assignment.
• Ascension Skills Checklist — clinical only, completed within one year of start and updated annually for specialty.
• NIH Certification

Required Onboarding / Compliance

• Ascension Pharmacology Exam — minimum 80% score.
• Ascension Specialty Exam — minimum 80% or the national benchmark passing score.
• Ascension Color Vision
• Ascension Core Competencies — HIPAA, Joint Commission, NPSG, OSHA topics.
• Ascension EKG Exam — passing score of at least 80%.
