Overview

Travel/Contract role in Washington, District of Columbia
Weekend-only schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
Night shift: 3x12 hours, 19:00–7:30
36 guaranteed hours per week
Locals accepted at travel rate
No RTO will be approved
Floating is within scope only; no floating to sister facilities
No on-call
Block scheduling not available

Required Qualifications

DC RRT License
RRT, BLS, and PALS certifications
Certified Respiratory Therapy - NICU (1 year of experience)
Certified Respiratory Therapy - NICU experience within the last year
ACLS
NRP
CHEMO
National tech certification verification
State license verification
NURSYS verification
Medication test/pharmacology competency exam
Color blind testing
Competency exam
Pass/fail testing for nursing
Government-issued photo ID
Background check
EPLS/GSA/SAM
HHS/OIG
Education verification
Physical exam within 30 days of start, including latex allergy information
Fit test within 1 year of start, updated annually
Tdap within 10 years
Negative TB test or chest X-ray
TB questionnaire
Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella documentation
10-panel drug screen within 30 days of start, including marijuana
COVID vaccine or declination for tracking
