PCU Registered Nurse (Travel/Contract)

Location: Johnson City, Tennessee Contract Length: 13 weeks Shift: Night (3x12 hours), 18:30 to 07:00 Hours: 12 per day, 36 per week Schedules Available: 36/36, 36/48, and 48/48 Weekends: No call, with rotating weekends

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Tennessee
PCU - Progressive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association or RQI
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Responsibilities and Schedule Details

Orientation: 16 hours of nonbillable orientation. General orientation begins on Sundays with online CBLs.
The facility may cancel or call off one shift biweekly without penalty if census decreases. Additional overtime shifts may be flexed for census decreases without penalty.
Contract RN/LPN team members are expected to participate in nursing student support and clinical education alongside clinical care in every nursing specialty.
