Registered Nurse - Medical/Surgical/Telemetry

Location: Mason City, Iowa
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (13 weeks)
Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Schedule: Every third weekend, every other holiday

Job Description

Provide nursing care on Medical/Surgical and Telemetry units.
Work a 12.5-hour shift with weekend and holiday rotation.

Required Qualifications

Licensure & Certifications

Valid RN license in Iowa.
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification issued by the American Heart Association.
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification.
NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) certification.

Education

Associate of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing.

Experience

Minimum of 1 year of Medical/Surgical and Telemetry nursing experience.
Medical/Surgical and Telemetry experience within the last year.

Additional Information

Resume and skills checklist within the past year required for submission.
Specialty skills checklist will be provided by the agency.
All required documents and verifications must be uploaded to the credentialing system prior to onboarding.

This position is suitable for experienced RNs comfortable with medical/surgical and telemetry patient care, working extended shifts with weekend and holiday rotations.
