Cath Lab Tech
Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology Location: Franklin, Tennessee Employment Type: Travel/Contract Contract Length: 13 weeks Shift: Day, 3x12 hours (6:30 AM to 3:00 PM) Hours: 12 hours per day, 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience as a Cath Lab Technologist
- Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association
- BLS issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association
- ARRT certification
Preferred Qualifications
- RCIS certification
Onboarding Requirements
- Criminal background check within 60 days of start, covering all locations lived, worked, or attended school for the past 7 years (instant searches not accepted; all hits must be reviewed by the facility)
- SAM check within 30 days of start
- OIG check within 30 days of start
- Education verification
- Primary source license verification prior to start
- Physical exam within 1 year of start
- Negative drug screen within 60 days of start
- Negative TB test (QuantiFERON Gold or 2-step PPD within 60 days of start; TSPOT not accepted)
- Evidence of immunity for measles, mumps, rubella (2 MMR vaccines or positive titer), and hepatitis B (series, titer, or signed declination)
- Flu vaccine or facility-specific declination required during flu season (10/1 to 3/31)
- Two professional references within 2 years of start
