Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Tennessee.
Med Surg experience within the last year, with 1 year of experience.
BLS certification, AHA.
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing.
Ascension Resume.
Ascension Profile.
Ascension 2 Professional References: at least two professional references completed prior to first assignment.
Ascension Skills Checklist.
License/Certificate Verification: current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start.
Medical Surgical Exam: minimum score of 80%.
Color Vision.
Core Competencies: minimum score of 80% or the national benchmark passing score.
EKG Exam: passing score of at least 80%.

Notes

Ascension Medical Surgical Exam, Core Competencies, and EKG Exam each allow only 2 attempts.
Fit Test may be completed onsite; PAPR will not be completed onsite.
Influenza Vaccine exemptions/declinations are accepted, but a mask must be worn at all times.
Tdap must be valid for 10 years from the administered date, with no declinations or attestations accepted.
Health Statement must be a statement of good health or completed physical exam prior to first assignment, updated annually.
