Registered Nurse - PCU

Location: Johnson City, Tennessee Employment Type: Travel/Contract Contract Length: 13 weeks Unit: PCU

Schedule

• Shift: Night, 4x12 hours (18:30-7:00)
• Hours: 12 per day, 48 per week
• Options: 36/36, 36/48, and 48/48 schedules
• Call: No call
• Floating: Floating required
• Cancellations: The hospital can cancel one shift biweekly without a financial penalty from the employed 36/36 or 36/48 schedule if census decreases. Extra overtime shifts may be flexed as needed for census or resource decreases.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Tennessee
• PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience: 2 years, including experience within the last year
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association (Instructor or Provider; RQI accepted)
• BLS issued by American Heart Association (Instructor or Provider; RQI accepted). Required for any candidate with patient contact.
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
