We are seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Nurse Supervisor (RN) to oversee daily clinical operations within our medical department. **Key Responsibilities:**

- Report directly to the Health Service Administrator to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Manage and supervise nursing and clinical activities effectively.
- Supervise both licensed and non-licensed health care providers, training new employees and overseeing performance evaluations.
- Address complaints and resolve disputes with a focus on teamwork and effective communication.
- Develop work schedules, approve leave requests, and provide direct patient care as needed within your scope of licensure.
- Perform triage, physical assessments, and emergency care as necessary.
- Monitor inmate/resident inpatient hospitalizations for appropriate early releases.
- Maintain open communication and strong working relationships with facility staff and outside agencies.
- Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and security for all medical records.
- Participate in the review of medical files to ensure accurate documentation of services.
- Conduct audits of pharmacy utilization and comply with all applicable pharmacy laws.
- Provide health education and counseling on both individual and group levels.
- Assist in preparing various operational documents and reports, maintaining accurate records.
- Contribute to the accreditation of our medical program by delivering approved, efficient medical services.
- Prepare safety and accident reports as required and respond to incidents and emergencies appropriately.
