Required Qualifications

Valid Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in South Carolina
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant experience within the last year (minimum 1 year)
BLS issued by American Heart Association (AHA only)
License/Certificate Verification: primary source verification and copy of license/certificate required
