Endoscopy RN Travel Contract
Overview
- Specialty: Registered Nurse
- Location: Madison, Wisconsin
- Employment type: Travel/Contract
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Shift: Day/Evening, 8-hour shifts
- Weekly schedule: 40 hours per week
- Start times: Rotating between 6:30 AM and 10:30 AM
- Call: Weeknight call required
- Schedule note: May need to stay past the end of shift to finish the day’s schedule
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Wisconsin
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Endoscopy (2 years of experience)
- Endoscopy experience within the last year
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- Experience recovering patients in PACU/Phase I and Phase II recovery settings
- Experience with Epic
Notes
- The role involves RN-driven sedation assessments using the Ramsay Sedation Scale
- Candidates may be asked to complete additional compliance and onboarding items before start
