Interventional Technologist IV

Role Overview

• Interventional Technologist IV in Golden, Colorado.
• Responsible for operating angiographic equipment and performing vascular/interventional radiography procedures.
• Independently performs routine examinations and may be asked to work a shift other than the normal assigned shift, overtime, weekends, holidays, and call.

Required Qualifications

• Interventional Radiology Technologist experience within the last year.
• 1 year of Interventional Radiology Technologist experience.
• RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) or ARRT (CV/V).
• Fluoroscopy Certification.
• Knowledge of vascular anatomy and recognition of normal and abnormal variants.
• Knowledge of radiation safety.
• A personal radiation monitoring badge (dosimeter) is required for this assignment.

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of vascular/interventional imaging experience.
