Assignment Details

• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Hours per week: 36
• Employment type: Travel
• Unit: CT Tech (Radiology)
• Beds: 24
• Staff: 14 total, including radiologists, radiology techs (CT, MRI, and ultrasound), a director, and a charge RN

  • Day shift: Director, radiologist, and 6-7 techs
  • Night shift: Charge RN, on-call team, and 3-4 techs, varying with volume
• Patient ratios: 1:1 or 1:2, depending on patient stability
• Call requirement: Yes, 4-6 shifts a month (on an off day)

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in Florida
• CT Technologist with 2 years of experience
• CT Technologist experience within the last year
• ARRT (CT) certification
• BLS certification

Procedures and Equipment

• Procedures: CT scans, MRI, body scans, and X-rays
• Equipment: GE equipment, MRI units, scanners, cameras, X-ray, and fluoroscopy

• Ability to multitask and work with a variety of physicians, radiologists, and patients

Dress Code

• Black scrubs, which candidates must provide themselves
