💊 Travel Pharmacist – Hospital Pharmacy | Night Shift

📋 Job Details

📍 Location: Corvallis, Oregon

📅 Contract Length: 13 Weeks

🗓️ Start Date: November & Mid December

🌙 Shift: Nights, 8:00 PM–6:30 AM

🔄 Schedule: Every other weekend; may follow a 7-days-on / 7-days-off rotation

⏱️ Hours: 40 hours/week

🏥 Setting: Hospital Pharmacy

🖥️ EMR: Epic

🎄 Holiday Coverage: Required

✅ Requirements

💊 Current, active, unrestricted Oregon Pharmacist license required at submission

👩‍⚕️ Minimum 3 years of hospital pharmacy experience

🏥 Hospital pharmacy experience preferred by the employer

💊 Knowledge of medication therapy management, medication safety, and optimizing patient drug therapy

🖥️ Familiarity with electronic medication and pharmacy documentation systems

🧪 Must pass the required post-offer pre-employment drug screening

🌙 Availability to work overnight shifts, rotating weekends, and holidays

📋 Provide general interview availability and the preferred method for scheduling an interview when submitting.
