Job Details

• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; 6 months to 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience; CPR Certification; 6-month minimum experience desired; Location: Littleton, CO; Years of Experience: 0.0.
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Completes comprehensive evaluations and develops tailored treatment plans aimed at patient discharge within the established length of stay.
• Performs timely and accurate medical record documentation, including goal writing, functional assessments, and charge entry, in compliance with all relevant guidelines.
• Participates in student programs, fostering a positive learning environment, and supervising appropriately.
• Pursues ongoing professional development through continuing education, self-study, and professional activities, ensuring licensure remains in good standing.
• Adheres to state Practice Acts and regulatory standards, working ethically and responsibly.
• Contributes to organizational performance improvement initiatives and enhances quality of care through active participation.
