Description
Title: RN - Medical/Surgical
Location: Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin
Contract: 13 weeks
Schedule: 12 hour nights, float as needed, every other weekend
Requirements: 2 years of RN - Medical/Surgical experience
Local candidates are not eligible for this role. Candidates must have a permanent tax home address at least 50 miles from the hospital.
-Requires current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or a Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC (Nurse Licensure Compact).
-American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent.

Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for an identified group of patients in an inpatient environment. This role requires competency in delivering care to a primarily adult population. The RN will adhere to the ANA Nursing: Scope and Standards of Practice, ensuring high-quality care and professional standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Clinical competence and experience in the care and management of target patient populations specific to the area of employment.
- Professional knowledge of nursing theory and practice acquired through education at an accredited School of Nursing.
- Associate's degree in nursing.
- Current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or a Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA-approved equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing.
