• Position: Physical Therapist (Outpatient)
• Schedule: Days, 8 hours per shift, minimum 40 hours per week

• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR Certification
• Responsibilities:
  • Completes comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients and develops personalized treatment plans aimed at progressing patients toward discharge.
  • Documents medical records accurately and promptly, including goal setting, functional assessments, and compliance documentation.
  • Ensures all care is delivered under valid physician orders and insurance approvals.
  • Participates in student training and mentoring, fostering a positive learning environment.
  • Pursues ongoing professional development, maintaining licensure in good standing and adhering to regulatory standards.
  • Applies organizations performance improvement strategies to enhance quality of care and service delivery.
