Registered Nurse, Operating Room, Bridgeport, CT. The position supports perioperative care across a broad range of surgical specialties, including orthopedic, robotic, urology, otolaryngology, neurological, plastic, and gynecological procedures. The role includes day shifts, department-based evening shifts, call coverage, and occasional weekend work.

Job Details

• Schedule: Day shifts are 10 hours, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Approximately 30% of shifts may be scheduled from 1:00 PM to 11:30 PM based on department needs, with occasional weekend work.
• Additional Information: Clinical experience includes general surgery, robotic procedures using Da Vinci and Mako systems, urology, otolaryngology, neurological procedures including cervical fusion and lumbar laminectomy, plastic surgery including abdominoplasty and breast augmentation, gynecology, and orthopedic procedures including total knee replacements and total hip replacements using anterior and posterior approaches. Call coverage includes six weekday calls and six weekend calls over a six-week work schedule.
