Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Home Health experience required for the shorter contract term option

Assignment Details

• Coverage area includes Peninsula and San Jose
• Contract term available for 3–4 months with Home Health experience
• Contract term available for 6 months without Home Health experience due to training
