Description

Shift: Nights - 3x12s (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
(Facility may consider 4x12 schedule)

Requirements

Active NY RN License (or proof of NY license application with submission date)
Minimum 1 year experience required
Recent Med Surg/Tele experience within the last year
No disciplinary actions/hits on nursing license

Unit Information

24-Bed Med Surg/Telemetry Unit
Team Nursing Model
Staffing Team Includes RN, LPN, and PCA
Patient Ratio: 1:8

Schedule Requirements

Every Other Weekend (EOW)
Every Other Holiday (EOH)
No Block Scheduling
Floating as needed per facility requirements
Maximum 3 call-offs during 13-week contract

Telemetry Test Requirement

Mandatory during orientation
15-question telemetry assessment
Minimum score: 80%
Two attempts allowed
Failure after second attempt results in contract cancellation
