Join our team as a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) in the ICU at a leading acute-care hospital in Farragut, TN. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled RN with a minimum of 2 years of experience in an ICU setting to provide total patient care. This contract position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in patients' lives while enjoying a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide total patient care in the ICU setting.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, ensuring high-quality care.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records using Cerner EMR.

Requirements:

• Current RN licensure in the state of Tennessee.
• Certifications required: NIHSS, BLS, ACLS.
• 2+ years of experience in an ICU setting.
• Preferred: CVT open heart experience.

This position requires working 12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:00, with every other weekend scheduled. The ICU unit has a patient ratio of 2:1 and consists of 31 beds. Scrub color is royal blue.
