• Required Certifications: Licensed PT in State of Indiana
• Years of Experience: >1-2
• Float Requirements: None
• Patient Population: Adult - mix of stroke, Traumatic/Non-Traumatic Brain Injury, Debility, amputation, Non-Traumatic Spinal Cord, some traumatic; Cardiac/Pulmonary patients; Neurological Disorders (Myopathy, MS, Parkinson's)

• Patient Ratios: 5:1
• Equipment: Lite Gait, Biodex, Zero-G
• EHR: Epic
• Supervisor: Diana Fuentes/ Jeff Orange

Hiring Profile:

• Must Have Skills/Experience: Licensed PT in State of Indiana
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: Common Diagnosis/Treatment as above under Patient Population
• Personality Fit: Cohesive team; therapy and nursing work extremely well together
• Required Education: BS/MS/DPT
