Description
RN - MedSurg/Tele | Travel | Macon, GA
Assignment Overview
We are seeking a dedicated RN for the MedSurg/Tele unit. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in cardiac drips and experience in an inpatient med surg setting. This role offers an opportunity to work in various med surg/telemetry units within a facility that is a Level 1 Trauma Center and a teaching hospital.

Responsibilities
- Provide care for patients in med surg/telemetry units
- Manage common drips including insulin and heparin
- Perform trach care and chest tube management
- Start peripheral IVs and utilize glucometers
- Float to various Med/Tele units as needed
Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum of 2 years Med/Tele RN experience
- BLS certification
- Proficiency in all cardiac drips
Preferred:
- ACLS certification
- Certification in med surg
