This was my first assignment as a travel nurse, so I wasn’t exactly sure what to expect. Jennifer Dang went above and beyond everything I imagined to make sure I got a wonderful assignment and any questions I had were being answered in a timely manner. She is so kind, and truly wants to make sure that your assignment is the correct fit for you. I couldn’t recommend a better recruiter!

Absolutely love my recruiter Jennifer Dang! So attentive and persistent and helpful. She was there anytime I called or had any questions. She even made sure weekly that my time card was sent in so I got paid on time. She pushed for me and a friend of mine to work on the same floor as that was what I requested. My first assignment was exactly what I was looking for as well.

So honest review….This was my first assignment so didn’t really know what to expect. I do have to say that my recruiter Regan Gillespie is the main reason I am giving Advantis 5 stars. I felt like the agency was not very organized and were kind of “extra” with what they needed from me (for example they needed the name of the nurse that gave me my flu shot after I sent over proper documentation proving I had it done…that was odd). Also, they underpaid me my first week because I took my 60min lunch (I worked 37.5 hours a week and they only paid me for 34.5 stating that the lunch hour per facility I was working for was unpaid…which was not true..they pay for 30min of a full hour lunch). My manager was able to reach out to Advantis and clear that up for me. Regan was able to help me get the answers I needed (there were a few other issues) in a timely manner. She was very patient and kind with me throughout the frustrations I had to deal with. Advantis is lucky to have her!
