She has a knack for listening closely to your needs and finding a facility that matches your interests and talents. I think she is one of the best recruiters in the business.

They're a new company, and still growing and building contacts at facilities. They have great relationships with a small number of facilities and get you a contract at the ones they have quite easily. However if you're looking for something very specialized or at a facility where they haven't established those contacts, they might tell you they can't help you with that.
