Within hours of posting my profile to NurseFly Frank was quick to respond with fair offers for positions that I was interested in. With out a doubt, I am confident that I landed the job because he was quick to submit. Frank so far has made this process smooth and easy and I look forward to working with him. Thanks Frank for getting me this assignment!
Pros
Lexi Doyle is a great recruiter. She went out of her way to make sure I was compensated for my uniforms, licenses and certifications. She has a knack for listening closely to your needs and finding a facility that matches your interests and talents. I think she is one of the best recruiters in the business.
Cons
They're a new company, and still growing and building contacts at facilities. They have great relationships with a small number of facilities and get you a contract at the ones they have quite easily. However if you're looking for something very specialized or at a facility where they haven't established those contacts, they might tell you they can't help you with that.

I have had 2 attempted submissions for contracts with Amber Akers. On the first, she dragged her feet and the contract closed. On the 2nd contract, she tried to change the rate from the posted rate and decrease it approx. $600. When I asked her why, she stated it was a computer glitch. I told her that I didn’t trust that answer, and no thank you. I later received a text message and email that stated “Another candidate has been chosen.” That’s a very knee-jerk response, and I have never gotten such feedback for a travel contract.
