After starting, the workload and conditions were very different from what was initially communicated. When I chose not to continue due to concerns about safety and burnout, I was informed of a $650 fee. I took a contract with this agency and worked at the the facility for two full weeks before. Ultimately terminating my contract due to unsafe conditions, which I reported to the agency and contract manager for the facility. The agency will not pay me for the full week I worked prior to terminating my contract.
