⚠️ Warning to other healthcare professionals ⚠️ Please be cautious when considering this agency. In my experience, the job was not accurately represented during the hiring process. After starting, the workload and conditions were very different from what was initially communicated. When I chose not to continue due to concerns about safety and burnout, I was informed of a $650 fee. For the level of responsibility and working conditions, the compensation did not feel adequate, and I did not feel supported in terms of staff safety or mental health. I strongly recommend doing thorough research and considering agencies that are transparent, supportive, and prioritize the well-being of their nurses. Protect your license and your peace

I took a contract with this agency and worked at the the facility for two full weeks before. Ultimately terminating my contract due to unsafe conditions, which I reported to the agency and contract manager for the facility. The agency will not pay me for the full week I worked prior to terminating my contract.
