My recruiters are awesome, I've dealt with some sub-par and dishonest ones in the past with other companies, I've worked with Jan and Tonya for over a year and very pleased. Timesheets are easy to input. Jobs are easy to see/find with the AMN app. Rates are competitive, some facilities I've gotten extremely high paying rates, other facilities more middle of the road, but never a rate that was disappointing.

The credentialing specialists are a real headache to work with. That's the only real downside to the company.

Credential/compliance is lead by unlicensed non healthcare professionals who try to dictate you having get immunized or testing not required in the middle of your assignment and present like they are licensed professionals. The clinical manager in particular SLP And Blackmailing by recruiters ;they allow companies to violate the travel contract, try bully the traveler into unethical practices the recruiters agree with the said company. AMN terminate contracts without just cause when the traveler advocates for themselves due to lack of support from clinical and administration. AMN WILL terminate you from work with the company when you advocate for fair treatment AMN threaten the traveler in Texas contracts stating at will state and will terminate you from the company in retaliation and discrimination! Not to mention how they low ball you!
