My recruiters are awesome, I've dealt with some sub-par and dishonest ones in the past with other companies, I've worked with Jan and Tonya for over a year and very pleased. Timesheets are easy to input. Jobs are easy to see/find with the AMN app. Rates are competitive, some facilities I've gotten extremely high paying rates, other facilities more middle of the road, but never a rate that was disappointing.

The credentialing specialists are a real headache to work with. That's the only real downside to the company.

There are no pros. ANN was a nightmare from the beginning to the end.

My experience with AMN Healthcare has been deeply frustrating. The issues I encountered include: 1. Insurance Complications: My insurance was canceled before my contract ended, leaving me without coverage unexpectedly. 2. Unprofessional Recruiter: The recruiter I worked with was both rude and unhelpful, making the process unnecessarily difficult. 3. Address Error and Blame: AMN entered my address incorrectly in their system but placed the blame on me for their mistake. The resolution of these issues required escalating the matter to AMN’s Chief Counsel, as no meaningful assistance was provided through standard channels.

Agreed in a pay, they sent a contract, everything looked good. Then was sent another contract… $750 less a week! Still wayyy less that what they are advertising here on vivian!!!!!
