Pros
My recruiters are awesome, I've dealt with some sub-par and dishonest ones in the past with other companies, I've worked with Jan and Tonya for over a year and very pleased. Timesheets are easy to input. Jobs are easy to see/find with the AMN app. Rates are competitive, some facilities I've gotten extremely high paying rates, other facilities more middle of the road, but never a rate that was disappointing.
Cons
The credentialing specialists are a real headache to work with. That's the only real downside to the company.

Ridiculous credentialing process. It’s like they didn’t understand medical terminology or bother to read the information sent. On average I had to send documents 3 times and not accepted until I circled the information they didn’t recognize as qualifying. Horrible payroll department and low paying
