Sam is an amazing recruiter! He got me my first travel assignment asap and with great pay as well as stipend. Checks in on me weekly and is always available. My assignment happened to be in the city he works in so he took my family and I out for a meal! I know that if I have any issues with my facility, Sam will be available to manage the situation. It is a great pleasure working with him and I would recommend a small agency such as CrossMed that tries to provide a personal touch. Thank you for taking good care of my family and I!

Small, High Quality Agency

Less aggressive and generally more helpful than the giants. Would recommend as a first time agency for new nurses. Grace is great and upbeat. Never had an issue on my check. Reimbursed what they said they would.

Truly just a lying, cheating agency. I had it put in my contract for me to get paid my living stipends even if my facility force cancelled me - Crossmed refused to do that. I was cancelled for almost two month without the pay my contract said I’d get. I was then told that if my facility would at least allow me to work for an hour of a shift, they would pay me my stipend for that day at least. I was finally able to work a 3.5 hour shift and they said they’d only pay me 3.5 hours of my stipend. I was forced to end the contact early (because I didn’t work for almost two months straight) and they also refused to pay my relocation stipend. If you have the option to choose any other agency, save your time and money and do that. My recruiter was extremely misleading and the agency is awful.
