I've had a great experience with Ethos so far. Communication has been timely without being overwhelming. Bailey was super friendly and worked with me to find an assignment that fit my needs. There was a slight hiccup the first week with payroll when the facility didn't verify my hours for my online orientation modules. Bailey sent a quick text to confirm and I was paid in full and on time. So far it's been a great experience for my first contract. Biggest downside is that they have in their contracts that you don't get a stipend for your shift if you get put on call. That's silly because you still have to travel and pay to be in the area within the call distance. Fortunately, my hospital never puts anyone on call but this could be a potential issue for future contracts.

False advertising for days when opening is for nights. States 12 hour shifts but turns out to be 8s/12s.
