Extremely unprofessional, waited until I got the contract to then come back with a lower rate, and instead of compromising or even attempting to rectify the situation decided to tell me I have to “if I’m being transparent I have to make this worthwhile for myself”. He is not only a recruiter but apparently the “director of healthcare” there at express and am extremely disappointed in my experience.
