Leo is the BEST
Leo Williams helped me secure my current travel contract. He is phenomenal! Leo kept me updated constantly and ‘held my hand’ throughout the process. I had a lot going on at that time so I was not as prompt/cooperative as I should have been, but Leo was calm and patient and kept me on track. He reassured me that he would be my only point of contact at Flexcare- I really liked that! This is my fourth assignment and Leo is definitely the best recruiter I’ve worked with. If you want a recruiter who will work hard for you, shoot Leo a message.

This company lied to me on several occasions and I witnessed them throw other people under the bus Do not trust them
If you like all of your money and schedule...don't choose Felx
I worked a holiday weekend. I was on call all weekend. I was called back 11 times. BUT because the office was closed, and I was not "scheduled to work" they counted those 11 times as my hourly rate. My contract was for 3x12 shifts. When i got there, my posted schedule was 4x9s. I was working four days for the same price. Flexcare never once helped me fix that. They told me I should talk to my manager and see if they would honor the contract. My recruiter was friendly and always took my calls but just kept saying "I've sent that to my manager I hope to have an answer for you soon." They cost me a lot of money and time. I will NEVER use them again.

My experience with Flexcare started out great. I really loved my recruiter and her communication and quick response time. However, 2 weeks before I was supposed to start my assignment she had to leave the office for a family emergency. The people that stepped in to replace her were awful. I would send multiple texts and emails before receiving a response. I was told on the Thursday morning before I started the following Monday that I needed to redo something by Friday. I had planned a ski trip in the mountains prior to leaving to travel and had to cancel my plans/my friends plans. They did not honor the call off policy that I had agreed to. I will never work with this company again and I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.
