Joy is attentive, caring, empathetic when it is most needed. She is a wonderful listener and she checks in, but does not hound you like other recruiters will. She treats you like family and not just a number like other agencies do. She remembers to ask about my sick mom or my dog that had a cancerous tumor that was stressing me to no end. She answers calls or texts as soon as she can and always is truthful. In every given situation she is cheerful and positive and never looks at dreaded side of things. She is a " JOY" to all who are blessed to know her. At any given moment we ALL have plenty of recruiters contacting us with maybe the one assignment that sounds amazing but not once would I ever consider another recruiter or giving up on her and our relationship. She loves it 150 percent.

I cannot think of one single con when it came to ME or my relationship with her. She is amazing and I would scream it from the roof tops. one con for HER is: that she gives soooooo much of herself for those that are under her that sometimes I feel she doesn't leave enough time for herself and I was proud of her recently for setting boundaries for call times ( outside of emergencies) Mental health and a good work/ family life balance are crucial.
