POSITION SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Director of Physical Therapy, the Physical Therapist is responsible for the directing of physical therapy services. Coordinates and supervises operation of the department, administers physical agents prescribed by a referring physician. Maintains performance improvement activities within the department and participates in continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities and assures competency of all personnel. Assists in the formulating budget, evaluations, department performance versus budget and takes appropriate action to remain in budget guidelines. Develops and implements system of reviewing department charges, ensures that patient charges are accurate and entered on a timely basis. The Physical Therapist maintains efficient and effective department operations while requiring compliance with all state, federal and local regulatory laws, standards and protocols. This position description is intended to identify some of the duties and responsibilities of this position. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

 <li>Three (3) or more years of previous experience in physical therapy preferred.
 </li><li>Current California licensure or certification as a physical therapist.
 </li><li>Knowledge of physical therapy modalities, anatomy and physiology.
 </li><li>Knowledge of disease processes and related causative factors.
 </li><li>Knowledge of benefits/values of rehabilitative medicine and physical therapy agents.

Position / Specialty: CT Tech
Shift: 1st shift/days 4 10s 0700-1730, every 3rd weekend, call required at least 1 night/week
Years of Experience Required: Minimum 2 years' experience required. First-timers accepted.
Certifications Required: ARRT, ARRT-CT, BLS, and an active Illinois state license (or in application process with ETA).
Floating: Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? No.
Block Schedule: Open to accommodating block schedule; discuss schedule requests with the manager.
Local Candidates: Yes - no radius restrictions.
Guaranteed Hours: Client may call-off up to 36 hours per thirteen-week assignment without paying for the cancelled hours. If more hours are cancelled than permitted, the client will be billed for shifts or portions thereof cancelled in excess of this section. If candidates are placed on-call instead of being called off, that will count as a called-off shift.
