There are no available options; I was granted an assignment and I immediately set aside everything to fulfill the company's requirements! The communication was extremely poor; every time I believed I had completed everything, there was always something else! As a single parent with a fixed income, this has been particularly challenging! I have already undergone a TB test, yet they insisted I take another one; I possess a BLS certification, but they required me to obtain another one as well, leading to numerous out-of-pocket expenses. I am fully capable of performing the job, and some might even consider me overqualified! I prepaid for a hotel for the assignment. I am not one to complain, but this situation has genuinely shattered my heart and spirit! I am in tears as I write this. I lost an entire week of work simply waiting! I submitted all requested documents. Now, when I attempt to call or email regarding the reimbursement for the TB and BLS certifications, I receive no replies! This company has left me with a negative impression. I had a vacation planned, which I postponed, incurring additional fees to change my flight and arrival time. I am one of the kindest individuals you could meet! I would give my last possession and the shirt off my back. This experience has truly devastated me!
